I am writing about the metallic blue guitar combo with the ten watt amp. It also came with a low-cost gig bag, which will perform if you only go to lessons and back and dont drop it, and will keep the dust off. The strap is inexpensive, leave it on the guitar and do not take it on and off. Never trust it too a lot, either. I use it sitting down. It came with an amp cord that is Okay. The select is Okay, tough to ruin that! Rembember this is a $ one hundred+ combo.

The guitar was dusty when I received it like it had been hanging close to, not bad, but noticable. The finish is a blue/green sparkle sort of colour that I like. (I am exhausted of black, white and red guitars). There were no mars in the finish. The nut had a quite slight gap on one particular side that did not seem to overty have an effect on anything, but I would desire to see it flush into the neck. The neck was straight and felt excellent, though it was marred cosmetically by what looked like rough edges, but had been actually smooth to the touch. There is a select edge sized gap between the neck and physique, more so than other guitars that I have but not alarmingly so. The neck does appear to be straight on strong with no movement and even with the entire body on checking. The fret edges were a bit rough, but not annoyingly so. There is some string buzz, but I feel that is a saddle height adjustment problem that wants to be created. The machine heads really feel cheap but appear to be holding a tune fairly nicely for now, I am hoping they hold up. The bridge seems great for a this price tag assortment. It came with a whammy bar that I am not using appropriate now. The controls all seem to function rather well and the five-way switch is Ok. No pot noise or dead spots, no loose or wobbly knobs. Totally nothing thrilling, just really standard. The entire body is surprisingly heavy–I anticipated a lighter weight guitar. (I am female, so this might not be as significantly so for a guy) The sound is not poor for a cheapy, I have heard worse. It came with a truss rod wrench and an allen wrench for the bridge. I did have some difficulty with adjusting the height on 1 of the strings–the screw kept slipping on a single side of the B string.

The amp: I LIKE this small amp!! Remember it is not the 1 pictured with this guitar–seem for the pink combo elsewhere on the web site. This is a slim, lightweight amp with bass, treble, mid, get, and volume knobs. There is also a get button and a headphone jack. All are on the front of the amp for simple reach. The controls operate properly with no pot noise or dead spots or loose knobs. The amp actually has a clear, sharp sound, surprising kick for its size. It is attractively developed and looks rather sturdy. It did come witha really slight ding on the best, which was simply pressed down and glued and is not noticeable now.

My combo was not broken in shipping at all and came at the designated time. Is this as excellent as a Fender combo? Guitar clever possibly not fairly, amp clever perhaps far better. If you can get a Squier guitar, get one particular, if not, and your spending budget is restricted, this combo is very good for the price tag. I would purchase one more.

UPDATE: I did acquire an additional Crescent guitar and it is even far superior than this one! It is also much lighter.

The frets really feel excellent. The strings are great. The three different picks are great. The amp is loud. It really is just wonderful. I have two Fender Guitars. A Telecaster and a Stratocaster Normal. The only point I did not like was the Rosewood Neck on the Strat. I replaced it with an Ebony neck.
These guitars are bullet proof, I perform them for hrs on end with out any difficulties. Care to them is basic, clean them, tune them and replace the strings. Nice guitars

im a fourteen year old and i had nver played guitar before and i bought this package deal. the guitar is really nice and very same with the amp. the video assists a lot. i realized a lot of things and they appear tough at first but right after playing a number of months i can do a lot of the riffs in the video. ive been using the guitar and amp for about five months now and theyve been operating excellent since i bought them. all the things that come in the package deal are very hepful and are fantastic when ur just learning. ive gotten a lot much superior and now im in a band and have a gig in a few months. the guitar is wonderful for newcomers and the strings r simple to get employed to and simple on the fingers so calasis gradually forms.im extremely happy i got this guitar package without having it i wud even now be just beginning
